Leadership Principal
Some basic thoughts,
The first principal to learn about leadership is service... Yes it seems opposite to most of the self-help leadership books and rhetoric today. Remember: "even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve". Wow
The idea is basic- In order to lead you must be willing to 'be lead'-- To teach we must be willing to be taught. It is called being teachable. Not only teachable but disciplined. It is the idea of demonstrating the character of teachability--then when you are trusted with the little you have, more will be added to you.
Hebrews 12:6 ESV
For the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives.”
The Lord's discipline results in a harvest of righteousness, it results in holiness that is always the goal-- Him.
